Sinclair Devert Jenkins, Jr., 54, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 29, 2013. He was born on June 20, 1959 to parents Elder & Mrs. Sinclair (Joann) Jenkins in Green Cove Springs, FL. Sinclair is survived by his parents; wife, Donna Jenkins; daughters, Stefanie and Santana Jenkins; brothers, Patrick (Tracey) Jenkins, Tony (Johnette) Jenkins and Douglas (Anitra) Jenkins; sisters, Brenda Lee (Robert), Cynthia Brown (Lawrence), Shirley Jenkins (Theodore), Lisa Artis (Randy) and Erika Pressley (Willie); step-daughter, September Forbes; step-sons, Michael Beecher, Richard Skelton and John Wheeler; foster-daughters, Shannon Whitcomb and Trisha Payton; 7 grandchildren, Khalil Jenkins, Jaylen Irby, Jonathan Gravish, Jessica Skelton, Caleb and Austin Beecher and Colton Wheeler. Graveside services will be held 2:30 pm on Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors.
