Esma "Sis" Price

Esma “Sis” Price, 86, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 5, 2008. Sis was a resident at Hagen Care Center, Penney Farms, FL. She was born in Brownsboro, TX and moved here three years ago from Beaumont, TX. Sis and her husband, Howard, were faithful members of Amelia Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Howard Price; her son, Billy Bates; and her grandson, David. She is survived by two brothers, Tim (Delores) Parker of Brownsboro, TX and Virgil (Jo) Parker of Murchison, TX; brother-in-law, Bryan (Mickey) Price of Lake Asbury, FL. Graveside funeral services will be held in Leagueville Baptist Church Cemetery, Leagueville TX. Memorial services will be held at The Pavillion, Penney Farms, FL at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Northeast Florida Community Hospice, 4114 Sunbeam Rd, Suite 101, Jacksonville, FL 32257 or to Hagen Care Center, Penney Retirement Community, PO Box 555, Penney Farms, FL 32079.
