Mary Theresa Mastalski

Mary Theresa Mastalski, 84, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away September 10, 2013. She was born on September 20, 1928 in Shamokin, PA to parents Earl and Catherine Bosche Klees. Mrs. Mastalski was a homemaker and had lived in the local area since 1986, moving here from Missouri. She was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church and loved crafts, especially sewing and knitting. She dearly loved her family and will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Mastalski was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Henry Mastalski. Survivors include her sons, Michael J. Mastalski (Georgetta), Charles H. Mastalski (Goldie), Kevin P. Mastalski (Donna) and James A. Mastalski; daughters, Mary Catherine Peters (Dan) and Tina Marie Balsamo (Steven); grandchildren, Justin, Meagan, Hannah, Lindsey, Nichole, Theresa, Adam, Steven, Jr., Rose and Michael and great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Autumn, Alyah and Blake. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, September 14, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Fr. Rafael Lavilla officiating. Visitation will be in the chapel from 11:00 am until service time. Interment will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
