Rona Alma Bardroff

Rona Alma Bardroff, 73, of Orange Park, FL, passed away September 13, 2013. She was born on July 20, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY to parents Mervin and Josephine Moser Wood. Mrs. Bardroff had been an Administrative Assistant at Boeing and had lived in the local area since 1997, moving here from Key West, FL. She was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church and participated in the M.O.M.S. group. Mrs. Bardroff enjoyed crocheting, crafts and being with her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, Ludwig Bardroff; children, Robert Bardroff (Laura) of Orange Park, FL, Larry Bardroff (Sharon) of Virginia Beach, VA, James Bardroff of Orange Park, FL, Michael Bardroff (Elizabeth) of Key West, FL and Debra Davidson (Mark) of Kentucky; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church with Fr. Rafael Lavilla as celebrant.
