Joshua Michael Duckworth

Joshua Michael Duckworth, 38, went home to be with his Lord and savior on Friday, October 4, 2013. He was born on November 15, 1974 in Jacksonville, FL. Josh enjoyed fishing with his uncle David and watching Gator football. His friendly smile and vibrant personality will be welcomed in heaven but greatly missed by all of his loving family and friends. Josh is survived by his father Al (Margaret) Duckworth; mother, Melinda (Bill) Johnson; brother, Buzz (Amy) Duckworth; stepsister, Kellie Shedd; grandparents, Dolphus and Joan Newman and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, October 10, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Charlie Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville. Pallbearers will be Buzz Duckworth, Russell Duckworth, David Duckworth, Mike McInarnay, Charles Newman and Don Newman.
