Mrs. Robbie Leon Hicks

Mrs. Robbie Leon Hicks, 95, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away November 21, 2013. She was born on June 12, 1918 in Athens, AL to parents Robert and Vera (McConnell) Moore and had lived in Green Cove Springs since 1947. Mrs. Hicks was predeceased by her beloved husband, William F. Hicks and is survived by her loving family including her son, Bobby (Jean) Hicks, Sr.; daughter, Betty Ann Hicks; brother, Buddy (Sara) Moore; sister, Tommie Tribble; grandchildren, Theresa (Willie) Jude and Robert “Robby” Hicks Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jessica Jude and Matthew Hicks. The family will receive friends at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2013. Funeral services will be held in the Broadus-Raines Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 with Reverend Charlie Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
