Henry Meriles Dominguez

Henry “Ique” M. Dominguez, 79, of Middleburg, FL, went to be with the Lord, Friday, November 22, 2013. He was born April 22, 1934 in McKinney, TX to parents Tiofilo and Manuela Dominguez. Henry was proud of his service in the United States Air Force and being stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. He loved listening to Mexican music, watching television and cooking for his friends and family. He made a mean brisket and no one could top his menudo and tamales. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him. His last words were given to his granddaughter Jessica, “I love you and I love everybody.” Mr. Dominguez is preceded in death by his parents; son, George Dominguez; daughter, Cynthia Dominguez; brothers, Frank Dominguez, Oscar Dominguez and Carlos Cardenas and sister, Josephine Ellis. His survivors include his wife, Lucy B. Dominguez; sons, Tiofilo (Patti) Dominguez, Henry (Shirley) Dominguez Jr. and John Dominguez; daughters, Rosa Linda Govea (Jimmy) and Rachel Rangel (Sal); siblings, Inez Sosa, Celestino “Felix” (Ruth) Dominguez and Robert (Denise) Dominguez; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
