Destiny Nicole Dyal

Destiny Nicole Dyal, 17, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away in a tragic accident on Sunday, December 8, 2013. She was born on April 25, 1996 in Orange Park, FL to parents Christopher Dyal and Misty Lee Boyd Gill. Destiny was a lifelong resident of Green Cove Springs and a high school graduate. She enjoyed going fishing, mudding and getting tattoos and eating. Destiny was a true free spirited young lady who loved to model and ride her horse. Her family said she loved the outdoors, listing to music and dancing. Destiny is survived by her mother, Misty L. Gill and her step-father Gary Gill, Jr.; father, Christopher Dyal; sister; Meagan Dyal; brothers, Gary Gill, III, Dalyn Gill and Clayton Gill; grandparents, Donald and Brenda McGuirt, Gary and Bertha Gill, Sr. and Dwayne Dyal; great-grandparents, Reverend Paul and Bobbie Salazar, Samuel and Andrea Owens and great-grandmother Shirley Hogg; 1 nephew Colton Dyal and many aunts and uncles and extended family. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, December 13, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Decoy Baptist Church with Reverend Paul Salazar officiating. Interment will follow in Decoy Cemetery.
