Raymond Jesse Everett

Raymond Jesse Everett, 74, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013. He was born in Jacksonville, FL on May 26, 1939 to Jessie Bryant and Ruby Starling Everett. Raymond was a lifelong resident of Clay County and a member of First Black Creek Baptist Church. He enjoyed going to all the church functions and spending time with his church family. Raymond loved to go fishing and playing pool at the senior center. He was a very caring and loving man who will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Raymond is predeceased by his parents, brother, Freeman B. Everett and brother-in-law Bud Short. He is survived by 5 sisters, Louise Caddell (Joe), Mildred Saunders (Doyle), Doris Wager (Allen), Alma Short and Becky Jolley (Lonnie) as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at First Black Creek Baptist Church with Reverend Bobby Register officiating.
