Billy Parker, 47, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Monday, June 16, 2008. Mr. Parker was born on February 27, 1961 in Charleston, SC. He served in The United States Army and later worked in the construction industry. Survivors include his wife, Karen Parker; daughter, Kelsey Parker; three step-daughters: Kimberly, Kourtney, and Katelyn Grooms; brother, Danny (Diane) Parker; and two sisters: Cindy (Jack) Eustace and Barbara Clark.
