Carolyn Peek

Carolyn Peek, 89, of Middleburg, FL, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2014. She was born on September 2, 1924 in Tallassee, AL to parents Zolan O. and Carrie B.Ward Adcock. Mrs. Peek moved to Middleburg in 2006 from Macon, GA and was a member of First Baptist Church of Orange Park. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, reading and loved her cats. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, John Marsh in 1969 and Wendell Peek in 2004. Carolyn will be dearly missed by all of her loving family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn M. Cole (Michael); grandson, Kelley Cole (Brooke); great-grandchildren; Trystan, Caden and Hudson and dear cousin, Nell Matheny. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Tucker, GA. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in her name to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida 4266 Sunbeam Road Jacksonville, FL 32257.
