Charles Reeves

January 21, 1939 — July 7, 2008

Charles “Chuck” Reeves of Middleburg, Florida passed away July 7, 2008. He was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran. He was also an aviation mechanic and instructor. After retirement he worked for a long time friend, Buddy Miller, as an exterminator for Eradicator, Inc. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Middleburg and the men’s Sunday school class . Chuck was also an active member of the Morocco Shrine Center, Clay County Shrine Club, Klay Kats, and the Hillbilly Outhouse. He was a 32nd degree Mason, Scottish rite and York rite. Chuck is survived by his loving wife Sue of 9 years, son and daughter-in-law Greg and Pam Kirkland, daughter Kim Kirkland, three grandchildren Brittani, Carey, and Terry, his 4 brothers Travis, Morris, and Kelly of Mississippi, and Cecil of Louisiana, and his sister Willie Mae of Mississippi and many friends. In lieu of flowers, donations are to be sent to First Baptist Church of Middleburg or Morocco Shrine Crippled Children’s Fund. Memorial Services to be held in the Broadus-Raines Chapel at 11 AM Thursday July 10, 2008. Services performed by son Greg Kirkland. Please sign family’s online register book at www.broadusraines.com.
