Tommy Clark

Tommy Clark, 68, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Mr. Clark was born on September 29, 1945 to parents Buster and Bonnie Jennings Clark in Lockhart, AL. Tommy was a lifelong resident of Green Cove Springs, FL. He attended Clay High School and was a graduate of the class of 1963. He enjoyed playing basketball and softball. Tommy was retired as a supervisor with Mobro Marine after 30 years of service. He loved fishing, NASCAR and dirt track racing in Palatka. Tommy was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Clark will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his wife of almost 49 years, Peggy Clark; Sons, Tommy A. Clark and Steven Clark; brothers, Herman Clark (Anne); sister, Frances Kelly (Nate); 3 granddaughters, Teresa Wilson (Danny), Brittany and Jessica Clark; and 1 great-granddaughter, Chloe Wilson. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
