Margaret Irene Allen

Margaret Irene Allen, 93, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away April 5, 2014 in Orange Park, FL. Mrs. Allen was born on May 5, 1920 in Des Moines, Iowa to parents, Robert and Catherine (Crady) Craig. She had resided in Green Cove Springs, FL since 2011 coming from Colorado and was a member of the Black Creek Church of Christ. She loved the Lord and her family as well as sewing, reading, singing, counseling others, playing cards and board games; she loved to socialize and was a very optimistic person. Mrs. Allen was predeceased by her husband, Everett J. Allen, in 1965, a grandson, Steve Seaman in 1984 and her parents. She is survived by daughters, Kathy E. Seaman, Connie L. Seaman (Dwayne) and Gay L. Atnip (Stephen); son, Craig E. Allen (Debbie); grandchildren, David, Jeff, Jim, Scott and Doug Seaman, Brooke Allen, Lisa Sipper, Steve Atnip Jr., Julie Gotkiewicz and Kimberly Beard; 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
