Virginia M. Walker

Virginia M. Walker, 82, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008. She was born on May 16, 1926 in Schenectady, NY to parents, Joseph and Myrtle Fuller. Mrs. Walker had been a waitress and enjoyed crafts, doll collecting, animals as well as gardening. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Donald C. Walker. Survivors include her sons, Eugene Wells of Middleburg, FL and Donald Walker, Jr. (Alicia) of Green Cove Springs, FL; daughter, Sally Tucker (William) of Green Cove Springs, FL; step-daughters, Donna Medders of Lake Helen, FL, Linda Kellar of Port Orange, FL and Dale Tassi (Al) of Syracuse, NY; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 26, 2008 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with John T. Risher officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 10:30 am until service time.
