Geneva Jude Marcum

Geneva Jude Marcum, 76, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away peacefully on Friday, May 23, 2014. She was born on June 30, 1937 in Beauty, KY to parents Earl and Tyna (Moore) Jude. Geneva has been a resident of Green Cove Springs since 1971 and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed going fishing and loved all kinds of flowers. She was a loving caring mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Geneva will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by parents, brother, Edgar Jude, sisters, Christine Forbes and Eunice Hatfield and her husband Ransom Marcum. She is survived by her sons, Henry Marcum, and Terry Marcum (Lynn); daughter, Bonnie Hargett (Toby); daughter-in-law Kitty Marcum; brothers, Arnel Jude (Fe-Lee) and Willie Jude (Theresa); sister, Ruth Copley (Larry); grandchildren, Jason, Shawn, Holly (Justin), Justin (Shawna) and Joseph; great-grandchildren, Justin, Jasmyn, Kaelyn, Brantley, Hunter, Sophia and Hunter as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. A funeral service will be held in her honor at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Jeff Campbell officiating.
