Annabelle Elizabeth Hamachek

Annabelle E. Hamachek, 91, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away May 27, 2014. She was born on July 8, 1922 in Chicago, IL to parents, John and Catherine (Disparte) Keller and had moved to the area in 2008 from Indianapolis, IN. She was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Hamachek was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Donald D. Hamachek, Sr. (August 26, 2013), and is survived by her daughters, Annabelle Ellen Hamachek and Christy L. (Jack) Koban; sons, Donald D. (Jean) Hamachek, Jr and Craig L. (Jan) Hamachek; sister, Germain Bruno; grandchildren, Gwen, Amy, Tracy, Courtnay, Craig Jr., Amanda, Blake, Jack Jr. and Donny; eight great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 1:00 pm at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Middleburg, FL with Reverend Andy Blaszkowski as Celebrant. A reception will follow after the service. Mrs. Hamachek will be inurned at the Jacksonville National Cemetery alongside her husband.
