Carolyn McKenzie

Carolyn McKenzie, 72, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away June 1, 2014 following a brief illness. She was born in Ridgely, TN on November 19, 1941 to parents Edward and Mary Ann (Dial) Lea. She had moved to Jacksonville in 1998 from Memphis, TN and was a member of the Church of Christ. She was predeceased by her parents and is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Shurley McKenzie of Jacksonville; daughter, Leah McKenzie of Jacksonville; sons, Edward McKenzie of Jacksonville and Eric (Laura) McKenzie of Memphis, TN; brother, Wayne Lea of Memphis, TN and 2 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
