Carl Link

Carl Link, 68, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Monday, August 18, 2008. He was born on February 29, 1940 in Cullman, AL to parents, John and Minnie Link. He served our country in the United States Army and was a Korean War Veteran. Mr. Link moved to this area over 20 years ago from Ft. Lauderdale, FL and was a local landscaper and loved cats. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his son, Kevin Link; daughters, Hope Link (John Peters) and Janine Link; brothers, James Link (Nance) and John Link; sisters, Betty Hadley (Carl) and Nancy Carroll and 2 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 21, 2008 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Carl Hadley officiating. The family will receive friends in the chapel from 9:00 am Thursday until service time. Interment will follow in Penney Farms Cemetery.
