John Henry Padgett

John Henry Padgett, 69, of Middleburg, FL, passed away on July 7, 2014. He was born on May 25, 1945 in Clay County, FL to parents Otis and Minnie (Mosley) Padgett. John was a lifelong resident of Florida and was of the Holiness faith. He was self-employed in the pulp wood industry. John loved to fish and enjoyed going on cruises and to the mountains. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brothers, Larry Padgett (Vicki) and Charles Padgett (Kathy); 1 sister, Betty Padgett (Billy) as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 11, 2014 at Nolan Ridge Cemetery with Reverend Freddie Griffis officiating.
