Arthur Robert Brown

Arthur Robert Brown, 79, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. He was born on February 21, 1935 in Chelsea, MA to parents George and Jessie (Pearce) Brown. Arthur was a kind, loving husband and father and greatest joy was time spent with his loving family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jeanette Flowers Brown and son, Larry Brown. Arthur is survived by son, Steve Brown (Laura); brother, Mack Brown (Patricia); grandchildren, Rachel Brown, Thomas Brown (Stacy) and Wesley Brown (Brenda) and great-grandchildren, Chase Brown, Morgan Brown, Dylan Brown and Wyatt Moore. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel, with Deacon John Suttle officiating and military honors rendered.
