Priscilla J. Acheson

Priscilla J. Acheson, 81, passed away Friday, August 29, 2008. Mrs. Acheson was born to Bernard and Beulah Johnson on November 14, 1926 in Sydney, ME and had been a long time resident of Lake Placid, FL and recently moved to Fleming Island, FL. She was a member of Community Church of God and loved flowers and animals. She was also a member of and taught lessons at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Miami, FL. Survivors include four sons: Stephan (Margaret) Acheson, Robert (Janet) Acheson, Daniel (June) Acheson, and Timothy “T.J.” (Sue) Acheson; twelve grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at Community Church of God officiated by Pastor Joe DeHart.
