Robert P. "Bobby" Hancock

Robert P. “Bobby” Hancock, 44, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away on August 24, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Bobby was born July 29, 1970 in Green Cove Springs, FL and had lived there his entire life. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed planting gardens and had helped raise cattle with his father and twin brother. He was predeceased by his mother Patsy Hancock and his sister, Arlene Hancock Weeks. Survivors include his father, Freddie Hancock, Sr.; son, Jackson Tyler Hancock; brother, Freddie Hancock Jr.; extended family members and friends. The family will receive friends at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home this evening, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev.
