Jeannine Mullis Foster

Jeannine Mullis Foster, 84, of St. Augustine, FL passed away at her home on September 25, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 12, 1930 in Palatka, FL to parents Lonnie and Elsie (Clark) Mullis. She was a member of Bethel Tabernacle in St. Augustine and loved fishing and horticulture as well as watching animals in her yard. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Robert Foster and siblings, David Mullis, Betty Mae Wilson, Margie Foster and Ella Mullis. Survivors include her children, Barbara Foster, Carolyn (Jimmy) Brown, Joe (Delorese) Foster and Kathy (Allen) Bell; brother, Joe (Jane) Mullis; sister, Alicia Mullis Bush; grandchildren, Sylvia, Pamela, Robert, Jason, Stephanie, Dwayne, Michael and Marlana; 21 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home on Monday, September 29, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev.
