Ruth E. Neidermeier, 77, of Macclenny, FL, passed away September 26, 2014. She was born on August 14, 1937 in Windber, PA to parents Emmanuel and Edna Leighow Crew. Mrs. Neidermeier had lived in the local area for the past 5 years, moving here from St. Paul, MN and attended the Christian Fellowship Temple in Macclenny. She loved music, cooking, baking, and spending time on the beach. Ruth cherished time spent with her family and always made sure they knew how much she loved them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Neidermeier was preceded in death by her parents and by brothers, James A. Crew and William Crew. She is survived by her loving husband, Wesley Neidermeier; sons, Joel Neidermeier (Shirley), Scott Neidermeier, Mark Neidermeier (Remy) and Keith Neidermeier (Kathy); sister, Janet Crouse; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 1, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Major Gary Poplin officiating.
