Robert King

Robert King, 60, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away October 15, 2014. He was born on October 29, 1953 in Jacksonville, FL. Robert worked as the Director of Child Support for the Clay County Clerk’s Office, retiring after over 20 years of service. He was active in the local Food Pantry in Green Cove Springs as well as politics. In his free time Robert enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his loving wife of 19 years, Brenda King; children Travis King (Darlin), Holly Casterline and R.J. Casterline and grandchildren, Malaki, Mikah and Mitchell. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, October 20, 2014 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev. Charlie Hunt officiating. Visitation will be in the chapel from 5:00 pm until service time.
