Sherita K. Fairbrother

Sherita K. Fairbrother passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014 in Green Cove Springs. Sherita was born in Wichita, Kansas on October 28, 1948 to John and Bernadine Berning. She was preceded in death by her father John and two sisters, Jeanette and Connie. She is survived by her loving husband, A.C. Fairbrother, mother, Bernadine, son Timothy “TJ” Gerstner (Lora), daughters Trish Sweet (Jay), and Carrie Fagerberg (Leif), grandchildren Easton Fagerberg, Rowan Fagerberg, Allyson Gerstner, Natalie Fairbrother, stepchildren Chad Fairbrother, Cherie Fairbrother, siblings, Marge (Buzz), Dorothy (Sheldon), Tom (Robin), Bernard, Bob (Diane), Joe (Kim), and many nieces and nephews. Sherita was very creative and enjoyed crafting décor for her home, friends and work. She loved entertaining and was a gracious hostess to all who entered her home. She will be greatly missed by those who were blessed with her friendship. She dearly loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed visiting with them and spoiling them with gifts. She was also very close with her large extended family in Kansas and Oklahoma. Sherita was a devout and devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fleming Island, FL. She was a valued employee for Toll Brothers Company for 10 years. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Fleming Island.
