Yvonne K. Belcher, 25, of Green Cove Springs, FL, was taken away from her family on December 22, 2000. She was born on August 5, 1975 in Regen, West Germany to parents Christa Powell and Hartmut Weiss. Yvonne was a beautiful soul who always put others before herself. She loved spending time with her daughter, who was her absolute pride and joy. She would light up a room with just her mere presence. She cherished her friends and loved the beach. She is dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Yvonne is preceded in death by her younger brother, Carl Justice Powell, III. Survivors include her parents; her daughter, Ashley Belcher (Chance); her sister Diana Weiss (Robert Schumacher); her nieces, Kayla Schumacher (Cody) and Brianna Schumacher; and numerous friends. A Memorial Service to celebrate Yvonne’s life will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Christian Faith Center with Reverend Mark Sellers officiating.
