James B. Morey

James B. Morey, US Army-USN Ret., 66, of Middleburg, FL, passed away December 31, 2014. He was born on November 20, 1948 in Wild Rose, WI to parents Bernard and Norma Peterson Morey. Mr. Morey was a Vietnam and Desert Storm Veteran, serving his country in the United States Army and retiring from the United States Navy as an Aviation Technician. Mr. Morey was a lifetime member of the VFW and the DAV and enjoyed hunting, fishing and being a history buff. He loved his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his wife, Helen Morey; children, Jack Scheider (Tammy) and Jill Scheider (Mac); sisters, Lou Ann Morey and Mary Wankowski (Bobby); grandchildren, Justin, Emily, Taylor and Declan and numerous nieces and nephews. Inurnment services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, January 9, 2015 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with full military honors.
