Bernice "Bea" Zalesiak

Bea passed away December 31, 2014 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 85. She was born to John and Pearl Donnelly on January 15, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois. Bea married Charles Zalesiak on June 3, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois. They have six children, Suzanne, Donna Charles, Jean, James and Robert. She worked as a payroll clerk for Central Dupage County Hospital, Winfield, Illinois and retired in 1991. Bea became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on December 31, 1950 when her husband, Charles joined Silver Springs, Florida Lodge #1199. She later joined Lakeshore-Orange Park, Florida Chapter #1495. She came to Moosehaven with her husband Charles on May 21, 2012 where she has resided for 2 years. Funeral Mass held Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 10:00am in the Moosehaven Chapel. Services conducted by Father Rafael Lavilla and Officers of Opportunity Chapter. She will be laid to rest at a later date in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois. She is survived by husband, Charles Zalesiak, a resident of Moosehaven, Orange Park, Florida and daughters Suzanne (Roy) Kautz of N. Aurora, Illinois, Donna Lee (Ron) Hayley of Atlanta, Georgia, Jean (Jeffrey) Powell of Louisville, Kentucky, sons Charles A. (Paris) Zalesiak of Glen Allen, Virginia, James (Mary) Zalesiak of Pekin, Illinois and Robert Zalesiak of St. Charles, Illinois, thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
