Patreece Fillmon Belangia, 49, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2008. She was born in Tampa, FL to parents, Ralph and Patsy Fillmon on July 19, 1959 and had been a lifelong resident of Clay County for 40 years. She grew up in Keystone Heights and moved to Middleburg in 1998. She loved her family, her pets, her Bible and was of the Non-Denominational faith. Mrs. Belangia worked as a Senior Clerk for 22 years with the Department of Military Affairs at Camp Blanding. She graduated in the Medical Assistance Program at the North Florida Institute with a 4.0 average. She is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Fillmon and she is survived by her loving husband of 3 years, Rick Belangia; parents, Carmine and Patsy Lombardi; daughter, Shannon Jefferson (Ben); in-laws, Ken and Jean Belangia; stepson, Eric Belangia; sisters, Rhonda Knudsen (Sandy) and Donna Coggswell; nieces, Kristen Knudsen, Morgan Head, and Michaela Coggswell; and nephews, Brian Knudsen and Brad Crews. Funeral Services will be held at Orange Park Church of the Nazarene on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Stan Wade, Pastor Gloria Adams, and Pastot Crystal Riner officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery.
