Michael Carl Stacy, Sr.

Michael Carl Stacy, Sr., 50, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2008. He was born on May 20, 1958 in Grundy, VA to parents, Earmine and Juanita Stacy. He worked for Hanson Pipe & Precast and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Congregational Holiness Church and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his mother, Juanita Stacy; fiancée, Maria Diaz; children, Michael Stacy, Jr., Johnathan Stacy, Brandon Stacy, Nicole Stacy and Zachary Robinson; brother, David Stacy; sisters, Sherry Watts, Sheila Strohder and Janice Mullins and 4 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday, November 24, 2008 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Congregational Holiness Church with Reverend Ronnie Surrency officiating. Interment will follow in Little Ruth Cemetery.
