William James O'Neill

William James O’Neill, 88, of St. Augustine, FL, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2008. He was born on February 21, 1920 in Philadelphia, PA to parents, Harry and Anna O’Neill. Mr. O’Neill was a World War II Veteran, serving his country in the United States Navy. He was an engineer in the medical field and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Joan O’Neill; children, Bill O’Neill, Joseph O’Neill, Kathleen Trenchard, Margaret O’Neill, Marty O’Neill, Patricia Ellison, Michael O’Neill and John O’Neill; brother, Jack O’Neill; sister, Ann Northy and 8 grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with Fr. Raymond A. Lettre officiating.
