Christian Alexander Scott

Christian Alexander Scott Christian Scott died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 following a long struggle with lung disease related to cerebral palsy. He passed peacefully at the Acosta-Rua Community Hospice Center with his mother, brother and family friends by his side. Christian was born in Frankfurt, Germany on September 24, 1977. He was the son of Oscar Scott III and the former Debra Edge. At birth, he was given little chance of survival. His parents were told he would never walk, talk, or live a normal life. He consistently proved these predictions wrong. He graduated high school, held a job, and brought joy and love to everyone who knew him. He was a great man with a pure soul. He is survived by his mother Debra and brother David. A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on January 25, 2009 at the family’s home located at 7536 Teaticket Court, Jacksonville, FL 32244.
