Nancy L. Higbe

Nancy L. Higbe, 56, of Keystone Heights passed away Tuesday December 2, 2008. She was born on September 17, 1952 in Corpus Christi, TX to Howard and Helen Grimes. She was a bookkeeper for Blue Cross Blue Shield and was a life long member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Women’s Auxiliary #10164 in Interlachen, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her beloved husband of 20 years Richard “Hig” Higbe; son, Jerry Billet; brother, Tim (Anna) Grimes; sister, Susan (Tim) Fennell; aunt, Dorothy; one nephew; and many nieces and cousins.
