Marian Gladys Kuykendall Bowles Tucker

Marian Gladys Kuykendall Bowles Tucker of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015 after a brief illness. She lived in Keystone Heights, Florida for many years where she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was born on October 12, 1923 in Hernando County, Florida to Lena and William Kuykendall. She was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Marie Marek and Wilma Parker, her brother Bill Kuykendall, and her husband James R. Bowles. She is survived by her daughter Dorothy Hill Bradley (Brad) of Birmingham, Alabama, her son D. Lamar Hill (Joy) of Orange Park, Florida, and her brothers Leon Kuykendall of Keystone Heights, Florida and George Kuykendall of Hernando, Florida. She will be lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren: Trey Bradley (Sheila), Dana Bradley Thomas (Mike), Doug Bradley (Dorann Bunkin), Lynn Hill (Diane) and Michael Hill as well as her nine great-grandchildren: Meghan and Shannon Bradley; Bradley and Miranda Thomas; Eliana, Zev, Jessa and Davica Bradley-Bunkin; and Oliver Hill. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Haven Hospice, 745 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, Florida 32065.
