The Devil Came to See Me
The devil came to see me, in my dream last night. I thought of the way I had been, and I knew it wasn’t right, Sinning, Drinking, lots of running around, Well, the Devils here and there’s no cheers, he wants to go underground.
Yes, the Devil came to see me, in my dream last night. He said my sins were great and, he would wait, what an awful fright. Then I woke up from this dream, I’ll never dream again. And I prayed to God to please help me to never sin again.
The good Lord came to help me, He took me by the hand. He said now don’t you worry, about that awful man. I’m so glad he forgave me, for the sins that I have done, I’ll pray for all you sinners, lets pray for everyone!
