Teresa Ann Abbott

Teresa Ann Abbott died unexpectedly in her home on 04/10/2015 in Green Cove Springs, FL at the age of 59. Teresa is survived by her parents, Betty Joe Delong, John DeLong and Robert Brown; her husband, William Abbott; her children, Jonathon Abbott (April) and Katie Abbott. She is preceded in death by her uncles, Douglas and Lamar Pollock. Teresa was born on February 10, 1956 in Plant City, FL. to Betty and Robert Brown. She graduated from Colorado Technical University in 2011 with an Associate’s degree in Medical Care. She married William Abbott in 1978. After moving to Jacksonville FL, Teresa began working for Terra, Lenses Crafters, Opti World and then stay at home mother. Teresa was a devoted mother, wife and daughter. She enjoyed sewing, listening to music, painting, nature, spending time with family and reminisce about family stories. She loved her family above all things. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all that knew her. A funeral is scheduled for April 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Mr. Josh Waybright officiating, with music by Chan Pollock.
