Racine Cantrell

Racine Cantrell, 65, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away April 10, 2015. He was born on September 25, 1949 in Lookout, KY to parents Roy J. and Irene (Ratliff) Cantrell. Racine loved shooting pool and was in many tournaments. Helping others was his life along with loving his grandchildren and being an amazing father. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Racine was preceded in death by his parents and two grandsons, Robert and Jacob Cantrell. Survivors include his sons, William (Renee), Roy Edward and Toby Cantrell; daughters, Laurie Cantrell, Cheryl Cantrell and Holly Cantrell (Kyrk) Walker; brother, James Roy (Wanda) Cantrell; 25 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, April 14, 2015 and from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday April 16, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Bobby Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Decoy Cemetery.
