Mason Andrew Knight

Mason was born on November 4th, 2014. During his brief time on Earth, Mason touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He offered his infectious smile to friends and strangers alike. He just loved people, and reveled in the attention of all those who loved him. He enjoyed cuddling with his daddy, babbling with his mom, staring at the handsome boy he saw in the mirror, and playing with his green ball. He adored his brother and sister, who were truly smitten with him. Mason was a special little boy, who, although born with Down Syndrome, seemed destined to defy all odds. His short life was a true gift to his family and he is deeply missed. He passed peacefully in his sleep, on April 22, 2015. Mason is survived by his parents, Chris and Zoey Knight, his brother Dominic and sisters Belle and McKinley, his Uncle Joseph Knight Jr., Aunt Missy Knight, his Grandma Sharon Knight and Grandpa Tony Arroyo and countless other friends and family. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 26, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
