Martin Gregory Nee

Martin Gregory Nee, 74, of Orange Park, FL, passed away May 19, 2015. He was born on May 3, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY to parents Martin and Mary Ann (Eccles) Nee. Mr. Nee served his country in the United States Navy, retiring after over 20 years of service. He worked as a production mechanic for Revlon and moved to the local area in 1973 from Bridgewater, MA. Mr. Nee was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Orange Park, FL. He passed away simultaneously with his wife, Louise Ann Nee and is survived by his sons, Robert Nee (Deborah) of Orange Park, FL, William Nee (Shelia) of Orange Park, FL and Daniel Nee (Denise) of Gainesville, FL; brothers, James Nee of Annandale, NJ, John Nee of Henniker, NH and Lawrence Nee of Woodbridge, VA; sisters, Evelyn McCormick and Pat Barone of Staten Island, NY; grandchildren, Kimberly, Jennifer, Michael, Patrick and Henry and great-granddaughter, Abigail. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, 1649 Kingsley Ave., Orange Park, FL 32073 with Fr. Rafael Lavilla as Celebrant. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 2:30 pm.
