Herman Paul Dugger, Jr.

Herman Paul Dugger, Jr., 83, of Sanderson, FL, passed away May 22, 2015. He was born on April 6, 1932 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Herman and Alice (Hartley) Dugger, Sr. He was a territory sales manager for Castrol Oil and enjoyed boating and hunting. Mr. Dugger was very handy fixing things, especially electronics and loved animals. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Frankie D. Dugger; children, Linda Goad (Ron), Vickey Stern (Bill) and Mark Dugger (Malissa); grandchildren, Daniel, Amy and Chris and a number of great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 6, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Pippin officiating.
