Elise Friess, 86, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Monday, January 12, 2009. She was born on February 26, 1922 in Germany to parents, Emile and Elisa Kostan. Mrs. Friess was a homemaker and will be missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Hanna Shepstead, Tim Bearden, Virginia Bearden, Bill Bearden and Susan Morphis and her brother, Erwin Kostan.
