Frank "Ray" Sapp

Frank “Ray” Sapp, 62, passed away June 2, 2015 at his home in Green Cove Springs. He was born on July 11, 1952 in Orange Park, FL to parents Frank and Ionia (Guthrie) Sapp and had lived here all of his life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had retired from the City of Green Cove Springs. He was predeceased by his father, Frank Sapp; wife, Elizabeth Sapp; and a brother, Ronnie Kirkham. Survivors include his mother, Ionia Moody; children, Karen Collins, Cindy (Ronnie) Reeder and Chuck (Gail) Lusk; brother, Michael Moody; sisters, Karen Sapp and Pamela Moody; several grandchildren and one great-grandson.
