Jack was born in Lincolnton, GA, but lived most of his life in Jacksonville. Jack is a graduate of Landon High School, where he played football, and after serving in the Army, he married the true love of his life, Grace, and graduated with a pharmacy degree from the University of Florida. Jack’s positive encouragement and great smile will be missed by so many. He was very devoted to his family and friends. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Legacy at St. Johns for their total devotion, love, and care given to ‘Mr. Jack’ in the past few years, and as he was leaving this world. He knew that you loved him and he loved each of you, as well. You were a blessing to Mr. Jack and his family – we think of you as his angels on this earth. Per Jack’s request, there will be no funeral, but the family will celebrate his life privately.
