Larry Dean Cox

Larry Dean Cox, 58, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away July 3, 2015. He was born on September 3, 1956 in Orange Park, FL to parents Elmer Dean and Pauline (Jones) Cox. Mr. Cox worked as a mechanic for Gustafson’s Dairy and in his free time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the West Fiftone Hunting Club and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother, Pauline Cox; wife, Peggy Cox; children, Rachel Cassidy (Joe) and Ryan Cox; sisters, Brenda Surrency (Rev. Ronnie), Delorese Foster (Rev. Joe) and Paula Francis (David) and 4 grandchildren, Madalyn, Claire, Theodore and Oliver. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Congregational Holiness Church, 2079 Hwy. 16 West, Green Cove Springs, FL 30243. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Ronnie Surrency officiating. Interment will follow in Penney Farms Cemetery.
