Frank Michael Valls

Frank Michael Valls, 65, of Jacksonville, FL passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. He was born on May 17, 1950 in Christiansted, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands to the late Quintin Antonio and Margarita (Rodriguez) Valls. Frank was a lifelong resident of Florida and was a Christian. He loved the ocean, fishing, boating and in the past he had worked on charter fishing boats. Frank is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Fernando Valls. He is survived by his four children, Quintin and Peyton Valls of Homosassa, FL and Evelyn and Priscila Valls of New Jersey; siblings, Quintin, Camillo, Richard, Vivian and Lena Valls of Jacksonville, FL, Vaughn Valls of Texas, Mindy Valls of New Jersey and Sandra Valls of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands; and several grandchildren.
