Nancy Carol Borem

Nancy Carol Borem, 84, of Orange Park, FL, passed away July 18, 2015 Nancy passed away July 18, 2015 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 84. She was born to Ernest and Marguerite Schoeler on November 17, 1930 in Washington, DC. Nancy married Samuel Bacon on April 28, 1951. They had six children Linda, Susan, Kathleen, Stephen, David and Robert. After she moved to Moosehaven, Nancy met Gus Silva and they married on March 29, 2002. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2002. She later married Robert Borem on October 1, 2005 and he preceded her in death on August 14, 2009. She worked as a clerk for Baskin-Robins retiring in 1985. Nancy became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on October 9, 1968 when she joined Marietta, Georgia Chapter #1192. She received her Academy of Friendship degree on May 1, 1971 and College of Regent degree on May 27, 1988. She came to Moosehaven on April 26, 2000 where she has resided for 15 years. Funeral Services held Monday, July 27, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Moosehaven Chapel. She is survived by daughters, Linda Bacon, Susan Elrod, Kathleen Williams and sons, Stephen, David and Robert Bacon. Good friends James and Laronda Hibbs of Marietta, Georgia.
