Julia Lillian Tucker

Julia Lillian Tucker March 2, 1918 – September, 2 2015 Julia passed away September 2, 2015 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 97. She was born to King and Mary Sturgill on March 2, 1918 in Coeburn, Virginia. Julia married Hazell Sanders on January 1, 1966. He preceded her in death on January 1, 1977. She married Roy Tucker on January 28, 1982. He preceded her in death on November 18, 1992. She worked as a L. P. N. at Haven Manor Nursing Home in Kingsport, Tennessee retiring in 1965. She became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose when her husband joined Kingsport, Tennessee Lodge #972 and she joined Kingsport, Tennessee Chapter #1106. Julia came to Moosehaven on July 28, 1988 where she has resided for 27 years. No Services at Moosehaven. She will be laid to rest in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Kingsport, Tennessee. She is survived by niece Gaye Phillippi of Bristol, Tennessee.
