Donald Van Yeager

Donald Van Yeager, 72, of Middleburg, FL, passed away Monday, February, 23, 2009. He was born on November 15, 1936 in Cullman, AL to parents, Cecil and Ressie Yeager. He moved from Alabama to Middleburg, FL over 60 years ago and was of the Baptist faith. He was married to his loving wife, Betty for over 50 years. Mr. Yeager was known to have a green thumb and loved growing flowers and plants. He enjoyed traveling to the mountains and hunting too. He was preceded in death by his parents and he is survived by his wife, Betty J. Yeager; sons, Danny(Laura) Yeager and Kelly (Cindy) Yeager; daughters, Cindy (Dale) Furlong and Nancy Yeager; brother; Robert (Carla) Yeager; sisters, Patsy White and Janice Stump. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Middleburg, FL with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
